Jeff founded Stryve Insurance Group to create a stronger platform for insurance professionals who want more control over how they operate, grow, and build long-term value. Designed for agents and agency owners who want ownership, flexibility, and meaningful upside, Stryve combines broad market access, strategic support, and a producer-focused model built to help professionals scale with confidence. Insurance is in the family, as Jeff’s father, Larry, owned Davidson Insurance Agency for over 50 years.

As an eight-time founder, Jeff has built companies that have cumulatively generated more than 400 million in revenue. Through Victory Ventures, he continues to build and support businesses across fitness, finance, insurance, accounting, and non-profit, with a vision for growth rooted in purpose, performance, and people. Jeff’s personal mission is to serve others and share the joy of Christ by laughing, loving, and living adventurously.
